Terms of sale

Version 2026-10 · in force from 6 October 2026

These Terms of sale apply when you buy from Inni: on inni.com, in a store on Inni, or on a creator's page. They sit next to our Returns, withdrawal and faulty products page and our Shipping page, which are part of them. If you have an Inni account, our Terms of use also apply to your use of the account.

1. Who sells to you

The seller of every order is INNI Finland Oy, Business ID 3649689-6, Satamakatu 1, 00160 Helsinki, Finland. Email: hello@inni.com.

This is the same for every channel. When you buy in a store run by another person or company on Inni, or from a creator's page, the store owner or creator chose the design and the price, but your contract is with INNI Finland Oy: we take your payment, make and ship your order, and handle returns, refunds and complaints. Your products are made and shipped for us by our production partner Pure Waste Textiles Oy in Helsinki.

If a store shows its own notes on shipping, returns or terms, they add to these Terms of sale. Where they differ, these Terms of sale apply.

2. Our products

Every product is made to order: we print it after you pay. There are two kinds of order line:

  • Your own design — a product you designed or personalised yourself in the Inni studio, with your own artwork, text or AI-generated images.
  • A ready-made design — a design made by a store or a creator, where you only choose options such as size and colour.

The difference matters for the right of withdrawal (section 8).

The studio and product pages show a 3D preview of the product. Colours on a screen can differ from the printed garment, because screens and fabrics show colour differently, and the exact placement and size of a print can vary slightly between garments and sizes. These small differences are not a fault.

Size charts are on the product pages. Please check them before you order, especially for your own designs, which cannot be returned because of the wrong size.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. The shipping cost depends on the delivery method and destination and is shown before you pay, together with the total.

A discount code must be entered before you pay. Only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be added to an order afterwards.

If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Placing an order

You place an order by going through checkout and paying. The contract is formed when your payment is accepted. We then send you an order confirmation by email with the products, the price and a link to follow your order. Keep this email: it is your record of the order and of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Please check your delivery address and phone number before you pay: the carrier needs both, and we cannot change an order once it is in production.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot make it, for example because a garment is no longer in stock, or because a design breaks our Content policy (section 6). We tell you why by email.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card or with the other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

6. Designs we will not print

You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your own design: artwork, photos, logos, text and characters. Designs are checked by automated tools, and a design with a brand logo, a well-known character, a real person's face or other sensitive content is checked by a person before printing, which can delay your order. If a design breaks our Content policy or the law, we will not print it. If you have already paid, we cancel the order, refund it in full and tell you why. How to ask for a review is in the Content policy.

7. Production and delivery

We start making your order when your payment is accepted. It usually leaves our warehouse in Helsinki within 2 working days. Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for each delivery method, and your order confirmation shows the date estimated at payment. These dates are estimates, not guarantees. More on destinations, carriers and delivery times is on the Shipping page.

We email you when your order ships. If your order is late, contact us and we will find out what happened. If it is very late and the delay is ours, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase of a ready-made design without giving a reason.

Products made with your own design are made to your specification and cannot be withdrawn. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty (section 9). How to withdraw, what it costs to send items back and when you are refunded is on the Returns, withdrawal and faulty products page. To withdraw online, use the withdrawal page.

9. Faulty, wrong or damaged products

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you have the rights given by consumer law. We repair, replace or refund it, and we pay the cost of sending it back. A print that does not match the design you approved, a misprint, or a damaged garment is a fault. A small colour difference from your screen is not. How to report a problem is on the Returns page.

10. Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect a parcel from the pickup point, it comes back to us. This does not cancel your order by itself. Contact us and we will send it again for a new shipping fee. Where you have a right of withdrawal, you can instead withdraw and get a refund, less the cost of the return shipment (€3.90 in Finland).

11. AI credits

Credits for the AI tools in the studio are digital content and are added to your account as soon as your payment is accepted. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of buying it by emailing us, and we refund the credits you have not used.

12. Buying as a business

If you buy for a company, these Terms of sale apply too, except the parts that only consumer law gives: the right of withdrawal and the consumer rules in sections 14 and 15. Faulty products are still repaired, replaced or refunded. Larger business orders and partner stores may have their own written agreement, which then applies first.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we could not reasonably control, such as strikes, carrier disruptions, government restrictions or natural events. We tell you as soon as we can, and if your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time you can cancel it for a full refund.

14. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, unless the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including your rights for faulty products.

15. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us at hello@inni.com first. Most problems are solved quickly.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can take a dispute to the courts there. Consumers in Finland can ask the Consumer Advisory Services for help and take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi), which gives recommendations free of charge.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms of sale. Your order is always governed by the version in force when you placed it. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top of this page.
